hello, I’m alexia!

I’m a security researcher, hacker, and curious human living in the Pacific Northwest. I’m into making systems more efficient, reliable, and secure through automation. Additionally, I organize HakOlyHak, a local infosec meetup.

I am most interested in vulnerability research, securing the SDLC, and practicing resilience in as many ways as possible. I’m proud of my prior public sector work which included securing Washington’s elections infrastructure and safeguarding the data of citizens receiving social and health services.

Outside of tech, I am interested in gardening and wildcrafting. I play banjolele, fiddle (learning), and synth. Lately, I’ve been writing queer dystopian sci-fi novels, creating mixed media art projects, and making medicine and skincare products out of plants.
